Teresa Bishow, AICP
Planning Director

Teresa Bishow manages Arlie & Company’s planning projects.  Prior to joining Arlie & Company, Bishow was a City of Eugene planning manager for more than twenty years.  She is adept at managing complex planning entitlements and designing strategies to help the company achieve its goals.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Teresa serves as the Secretary of the Eugene Parks Foundation Board. She is also a parent volunteer for the South Eugene High School water polo and swim team, and can often be found running the shot clock, timing swimmers, or taking photos around the pool deck at meets.
