Arlie & Company - shawn wells' Biography

Shawn Wells manages the maintenance of Arlie & Company’s investment properties. He works closely with the property and other project managers to plan and coordinate improvement projects, repairs, and routine maintenance. Wells also oversees the work of outside vendors to ensure that contracted work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Prior to joining Arlie & Company, Wells worked as an independent contractor and has experience in both commercial and residential construction.
