Shannon Magner
Property Manager
Shannon Magner is Arlie & Company’s commercial property manager. She ensures tenant satisfaction, oversees the maintenance of Arlie & Company’s investment properties, and assists the acquisitions and sales departments by conducting property research. Prior to working at Arlie & Company, Shannon was the site manager for a large residential property in Eugene.
Shannon volunteers as an instructor’s assistant in dance movement class for autistic adults. The class gives participants the opportunity to express themselves using music and movement, and Shannon enjoys the one-on-one time she has with the class members. Family members and caretakers of the participants appreciate the down-time, and Shannon loves seeing people enjoy themselves in a creative atmosphere.
