This 1,100 acre parcel in Eugene, Oregon is situated adjacent to Lane Community College. Currently it is outside of Eugene's urban growth boundary, however, it is identified in the Lane Council of Governments' 2050 Plan as the most likely area for growth in the Eugene/Springfield area.  More than 600 acres of the property are part of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan, which provides guidance on how land use, natural resources, public facilities, and the local economy should be developed, designed, and/or conserved over time.

The property at College Park has been identified as part of the urban reserve, and has the potential to be developed in three ways: -

(1) Annexed as part of the City of Eugene
(2) Annexed as part of the City of Springfield
(3) Developed under zoning and policies of Lane County

Arlie & Company is currently exploring ways in which the land can be used to expand Lane Community College.  When development does begin on this project, Arlie & Company is committed to a design that's responsible to the regional context in which it sits.
